At WillerTime, we work hard to get your order out the door quickly and delivered safely. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll contact you directly via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

- FedEx
Carrier selection depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
WillerTime is not responsible for orders:

Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Returned due to an invalid or incomplete address
If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@willertime.com and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and make it right.
