Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Stealth 5.0 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) excluding Alaska and Hawaii and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and applicable state law.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Willertime LLC, 2020 N Academy Blvd Ste 261 #4504, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 (the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA, excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry.

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on April 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on July 4, 2026.

1. Online Purchase

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop at www.willertime.com will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each one (1) whole dollar spent.

During Bonus Entry Periods, Entrants may receive between three (3) and ten (10) entries for each one (1) whole dollar spent.

Entrants may also earn up to fifty (50) bonus entries by completing a product review through the provided link at the Website.

2. Via Mail

Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by hand-printing their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3” x 5” card or paper and mailing it in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage to:

All entries must be postmarked by July 3, 2026, and received by July 8, 2026. Each mail-in entry received will be worth fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries.

General Conditions

If the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and related parties from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize.

Drawing and Notification

The potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The Prize drawing will be conducted on or about July 9, 2026.

Grand Prize

There will be one (1) Grand Prize available. The Grand Prize Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive a custom modified 1988 Mustang 5.0 and a $10,000 cash award/check.

Approximate Retail Value: $55,000

The Winner must have proof of a valid USA driver’s license from their state of residence to take delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Prize Conditions

The potential Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notice or attempted notice.

The Winner may also be required to complete an IRS W9 form. The value of the accepted Prize is taxable as income, and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner.

Disputes

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
